Reflective silver coating on top of the pool cover speeds the snow melting. Triple stitched edges are double-stitched to prevent unraveling and to add strength. Edges are hemmed with heavy-duty U.V. treated polypropylene thread to resist weathering. Micro Mesh pool covers come with a heavy-duty coated cable and winch to tighten the cable. The underside is black to retard algae. Cover ClipsHandy clips help secure aboveground micro-mesh covers to the top rail, at the right level.
